Products and prices

Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are displayed on the product and checkout pages. Prices are shown in the store currency stated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.

Orders

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. Payment must be successfully confirmed before an order is treated as paid and prepared for fulfilment.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not request or store your full card credentials on this website.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements, lead times and any delivery charges are described in our Delivery Policy. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Refund & Returns Policy. Where a payment has already been processed, a refund may require processing through the payment provider.
